Wine from the 3-hectare vineyards of “Les Bergères” and “Les Bonnes Blanches”, on the schist terraces of Saint-Lambert. Aged half in wood vats and half in barrels.15,000 bottles.

Wine from the 3-hectare vineyard grown on plots of land we bought in 2000, then cleared and replanted, on the sunny steep (30 to 70%) slopes of Beaulieu-sur-Layon. Spilites, volcanic and pudding stones and other carboniferous rocks. Aged in barrels, including 15% of new barrels. 4,000 bottles in 2006.

La Croix Picot 2006
Wine from a young 1.5-hectare vineyard planted in 2000, high on the slopes overlooking the Loire river. Sandstone schist. Aged in barrels, including 15% of new barrels. 6,000 bottles.

ANJOU
Les Bonnes Blanches 2004
Wine from a 1-hectare old vineyard on the best terroir of Saint-Lambert. Aged 2 years. 4,000 bottles. Since 2006, the wine from this plot of land goes to the wine variety Anjou Les Blanches Bergères.

COTEAUX DU LAYON ROCHEFORT Le Cochet 2006
Only produced in good years. Sorting 100% botrytised grapes. 100-year-old vines. Carboniferous soils with rhyolites. Approx. 150gr. of residual sugars. 1,000 bottles in 2006, available in September 2008.

COTEAUX DU LAYON ST LAMBERT Les Bonnes Blanches 2004
Produced in good years. Sorting 100% botrytised grapes. Vines planted around 1990. Approx. 150gr. of residual sugars. Not available in 2005 nor 2006.

QUARTS DE CHAUMES Les Varennes 2004
Great terroir of syrupy wines of Anjou. 100% botrytised grapes. Aged 2 years in new barrels. 40-year-old vines. Approx. 150gr. of residual sugars.

ANJOU Cabernets 2004
Cabernets franc and Sauvignon varieties. Aged 12 to 18 months in conical oak casks and barrels. De-stemmed grapes. 15,000 bottles. 2006 vintage will be available in April 2008.

ANJOU Cab’Franc 2005
Cabernet franc variety. Selection of 50-year-old vines. Aged 18 months in barrels, including 20% of new barrels. 5,000 bottles. 2006 vintage will be available in April 2008.
